Mix Simply Blonde Blue Powder Lightener with Simply Blonde Developer 20 Volume or 30 Volume.
Mix in a ratio of 1:2 up to 1:3 for desired consistency.
Apply to dry, unwashed hair immediately after mixing.
For best results, apply product generously.
Process for up to 45 minutes – it is not recommended to process under heat.
Rinse thoroughly after processing; shampoo & condition with appropriate Kenra Professional care product.
