Shipping & Delivery Charges for Online Orders
- All orders placed online will be shipped UPS.
- All online orders are pre-pay by CC only, whether the CC has been provided and is on file with EBS or is provided when the order is placed.
- A flat-rate shipping charge of $12.95 will be added to each order shipped UPS if the shipping weight is less than 40 pounds. An additional $5.00 will be added incrementally for every 10 pounds over 40 pounds, total shipping weight. For example, a 35-pound order (less than 40 pounds) will have a shipping charge of $12.95; a 40-pound order will have a shipping fee of $17.95; a 50-pound order will have shipping fee of $22.95. Orders over 60lbs will have a shipping fee equal to 1/2 (or less) of the actual charge assessed by UPS.
- All orders will incur a $2.00 handling charge.
Returns and Replacements
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase without incurring a restocking fee. Defective products will be replaced upon return of the defective item(s), or, in certain cases, must be returned to the manufacturer per warranty requirements. Allowances for errors in shipping will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All credits due will be applied to your billing CC. Call 800-251-0224 for details.
Membership is required in order for you to place an order on this website. Please ensure you have filled out the membership form and that you have attached a copy of your license.
